The newest award is to recognize those short-term, project based, recent impact from alumni who have "Made a Difference". 
Help us celebrate the many talented Project CENTRL alumni who are doing amazing things and making a positive impact in their communities right now!  While our current awards recognize lifetimes of achievement in agriculture and civic impact, we know that some alums are making short-term impacts NOW. Help us recognize those projects and alumni who are behind them.  Nomination Due - Friday May 3, 2024

Eligibility criteria:

• Alumni of any Project CENTRL Class who has made an impact in their community during the past two years.
  
• Not currently serving on the Alumni Committee
• Cannot have received a previous Outstanding Alumni Award

The Arizona Center for Rural Leadership  annually recognizes CENTRL Alumni who are making extraordinary contributions to their communities either through Agrarian Impact or Civic Impact.  

AGRARIAN IMPACT This award recognizes a Project CENTRL alumnus whose impact has significantly contributed to agrarian developments in their community. This award not only spotlights production agricultural achievements but also policy development, conservation of natural resources, and strong volunteer involvement with organizations which seek to promote Arizona agriculture.

CIVIC IMPACT This award recognizes a Project CENTRL alumnus whose impact significantly contributes to the civic life in their community. These contributions may include but are not limited to, public policy, organizational development, and volunteer enhancement activities intended to improve the common good of their community and beyond.

The CENTRL Alumni Committee considers nominees from the  current year and previous calendar year that were not selected.  In an effort to recognize as many alumni as possible, any previous award winner from any category is not eligible to be nominated for another award in a different category.
